BJ Allen Is CRS Of The Year

The Hawaii Aloha Chapter of CRS has announced the selection of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties Realtor BJ Allen ABR, CRS, GRI as 2009 CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) of the Year.

The award was presented at the CRB/CRS Installation Banquet held on December 3 at the Hale Koa Hotel. Allen was recognized for her years of volunteerism with the Hawaii Aloha Chapter of CRS, the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, and Realtor organizations in Maryland where she began her real estate career in 1983. The award was also based on her community work, with PBS Hawaii, the Lokahi Project, American Heart Association, and many more.

BJ Allen is a Past President of the Hawaii Aloha Chapter of CRS and Past Treasurer of the Hawaii Association of Realtors. She has also served as a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee.
