The crescent of white sand that rims Kapalua Bay has been ranked as “America’s Best Beach.” Fronting The Ritz-Carlton, Fleming Beach is a long white sand beach that receives winter ocean swells creating favorable conditions for boogie boarding and surfing.

In addition to all the natural amenities and options for outdoor activities at the Kapalua Resort, residents and visitors can take advantage of recreation and fitness programs offered by facilities and spas at the hotels. The Kapalua Club offers numerous recreational options and services to members.

The residential components of Kapalua include fi ve condominium complexes, in addition to the Ritz-Carlton and Montage residences, generally with golf course and coast frontage, and fi ve single family, custom home communities:.

Kapalua Realty Realtor Joanne Foxxe specializes in resort properties and has led the company in sales for the past three years.
