Primary Properties established Engel & Völkers Honolulu in January 2018, and operated under the continued leadership of licensed partner Kay Mu kaigawa, a local resident and real estate professional with 35-plus years of experience in Hawaii. Engel & Völkers Honolulu continues to service the entire island of Oahu and is licensed to do business on all islands.

Elizabeth Worrall-Daily leads the new brokerage as senior vice president, branch manager and broker in charge.

“It’s our flagship shop, and the new location allows us to fulfil an obligation to welcome the East Oahu community as we serve the whole island,” Mukaigawa said.
