Over the past 15 years, Tony Dias has committed himself to serving those who have served our country through the education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit.

Being a former Ma rine himself, he experienced the scarcity in information available to him when purchasing a home. It wasn’t until he entered the mortgage industry that he learned about the VA Home Loan Benefit and the powerful opportunity it provides service members to own a piece of the country they’ve defended.

For that reason, Dias has committed himself for nearly two decades to making sure military members receive the best possible experience when looking to purchase or refinance a home. To do so, he created an education company — as part of Aligned Mortgage, his financial services company — that is solely dedicated to educating veterans about the VA Home Loan Benefit for free.

Along the way, Dias has furthered his credentials and is now registered with the Honolulu Board of Realtors as a certified instructor of the VA Home Loan Benefit. He’s also a certified instructor by the National Association of Realtors for Military Relocation Professionals Designation, which is a nationally recognized certification for Real Estate Professionals.

Dias gathered a team in Hawaii, and together they’ve grown the business from a small office in Wahiawa to its current home in a two-story building in Waipio Business Park, which has helped Aligned Mortgage to become the No. 1 VA Lender in Hawaii.

Dias’ passion and vision to help veterans never ceases.
