The CrossCountry Mortgage Warrior For Life Program is an incentive program for all qualifying U.S. Servicemembers and Veteran borrowers to achieve over $2,300 in Lender Credits for Hawaii home purchases or refinances using a VA or Conventional Loan! This is done by:
• Eliminating lender fees.
• Eliminating appraisal fees.
• Eliminating credit report fees.
• Eliminating flood certificate fees.
Program Eligibility: Qualified Persons are Active, Reserve, National Guard and Veteran U.S. Servicemembers who meet VA or Conventional Loan Qualified Mortgage requirements and VA entitlement requirements as applicable. Surviving Spouses of deceased Servicemembers or Veterans may also be eligible to use these benefits. All Hawaii primary residence VA Loan purchases, VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loans (IRRRL), and all Conventional Loans are eligible!
Program Enrollment: It’s Automatic! If you qualify for a loan, You Get It! VA Eligible borrowers will coordinate with the WFL Program Director for the Warrior For Life VA Benefits Forum and a non-invasive Homebuying Consultation!
