The more time she spends in the real estate business, the more Stephanie L. Chan enjoys working in such a dynamic and fascinating market along with her happy clients. After nearly three decades in the business, Chan continues to look forward to helping clients from diverse backgrounds buy and sell across the island.

Locations Partner and Realtor® Stephanie L. Chan became interested in the local real estate market when she and her husband made their first real estate purchase in the 1980s. After years of personally investing in real estate and a growing passion for the industry, Chan joined Locations in 1995. Her goal was to help her clients gain a foothold in the real estate market, whether it meant buying a home to live in or as an investment. She explains that Locations offers amazing support, training and technology.

“I especially appreciate the dedication to education for agents, both new and seasoned,” says Chan, a board member of the Locations Foundation, the company’s non profit organization that she’s donated to since 1995. “I originally joined Locations because I wanted the support of a larger company with strong community ties, more resources and reach. I stayed because I love the Locations family, we have a genuine desire to help one another grow and learn.”

She works with local, mainland and international clients, and has built a supportive global network that includes multiple generations within families, thanks in part to her ability to speak many languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, Chiuchow/Teochew and Vietnamese. Stephanie is passionate about her career, bringing fi rst hand experience to make each transaction as smooth as possible for her clients. She always gives 110% service and dedication.

“My clients are lifetime clients and friends, and in many cases, I’ve worked with the same family across multiple generations,” she says. “I’ve helped clients with young kids purchase real estate years ago and am now helping their kids (who are all grown up!) buy and sell homes across the island.”

Chan enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her two dogs Max and Nala. She loves to cook, making everything from ‘ono local favorites to Chinese and Vietnamese dishes.

“Lately we’ve been making lots of summer rolls and noodle soups!” she says.
